Who runs this website

denyspichugin.com is the personal website of Denys Pichugin, a private individual who shares his own hair transplant experience and offers paid one-to-one consultations. Contact for any privacy question: Telegram @pichugin456 or WhatsApp +380 73 073 9666.

Short version

• This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking pixels.
• Visitor statistics are anonymous and cookieless (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
• Fonts are hosted on this website — nothing is loaded from Google Fonts.
• YouTube videos load only after you click on them.
• Consultation data is kept to the minimum and your photos are deleted within 30 days.

Visiting the website

Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Like any web server, Netlify processes technical data (IP address, browser, time of the request) to deliver the pages and protect the service. I do not use these logs to identify visitors.

Statistics. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits (pages viewed, country, device type, referring site). It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device and does not track you across websites or visits. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Language choice. If you click the EN/RU switch, your choice is saved in your browser (local storage, key lang_choice) so the site opens in that language next time. Nothing is sent to anyone. You can clear it in your browser settings.

YouTube. Videos are shown as a preview image stored on this site. Only when you click play is the video loaded from YouTube (Google) in privacy-enhanced mode; from that moment Google's privacy policy applies.

External links. Links to Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and PayPal lead to other services with their own privacy policies.

Consultations

If you book a consultation, I process only what is needed to run it: your name, your contact (Telegram / WhatsApp), the messages you send and the photos you choose to share. The legal basis is performing the consultation you asked for.

• Photos are deleted within 30 days after the call unless you ask me to keep them for follow-up questions.
• Payment is made via PayPal or bank transfer; those providers process the payment data. I only see the sender name and amount.
• Nothing is shared with clinics or third parties, used in my content, or sold.
• Messages stay in the messenger you used, under that messenger's own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask what data I have about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to its use — write to me on Telegram or WhatsApp and I will reply within a few days. If you live in the EU/EEA you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
